ZaapMed does not charge any delivery fee on medicine orders.

No app operation or complicated checkout process is required.

Prescription & Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and applicable regulations:

  • Prescription medicines will only be processed against a valid prescription.
  • Certain regulated medicines may require identity or age verification before delivery.
  • ZaapMed reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • Prescription-required medicines will only be delivered after verification of a valid prescription.
  • An adult (18+) may be required to receive certain regulated medicines.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details and contact information for smooth delivery.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak hours, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, festivals, strikes, or emergency situations.

Delivery Responsibility

ZaapMed works with licensed pharmacies and third-party delivery personnel to ensure safe and timely delivery of medicines.

While every effort is made to ensure quick deliveries, timelines are indicative and subject to external operational factors beyond our direct control.

ZaapMed’s liability in any delivery-related matter shall be limited to the value of the affected order.

Return & Refund Policy

ZaapMed – 60-min Medicine Delivery

Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare products, ZaapMed accepts returns only in cases where:

  • An incorrect medicine/product has been delivered
  • A wrong quantity has been delivered
  • A different product has been delivered from what was ordered

Returns for medicines correctly delivered as per the confirmed order will not be accepted.

Customers must intimate ZaapMed regarding any erroneous medicine/product within 1 hour of receiving the order. Requests raised after 1 hour from the time of delivery shall not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Customers are requested to notify ZaapMed immediately upon receiving an incorrect product.

Once verified by our team:

  • The product will be picked up on the same day, subject to operational feasibility and timing.
  • Customers may choose either:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund for the returned product amount

Replacement Policy

If the customer opts for replacement:

  • ZaapMed will attempt same-day replacement delivery, subject to medicine availability and operational conditions.
  • No additional delivery or pickup charges will be applicable.

Refund Policy

If the customer opts for a refund:

  • Refund will be processed for the returned medicine/product amount only.
  • Refund will be processed to the UPI ID shared by the customer with ZaapMed on WhatsApp.

No pickup or processing charges will be applied for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, ZaapMed does not accept returns for:

  • Medicines delivered correctly as per confirmed order
  • Opened, used, or damaged products
  • Products returned without verification
  • Temperature-sensitive products once delivered
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Important Notes

  • Customers may be requested to share photographs of the delivered products for verification purposes.
  • ZaapMed reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
  • All return and refund decisions shall be subject to verification by ZaapMed and the associated licensed pharmacy.
